Project Information via RSS
Welcome to the EAO's RSS Page.
RSS is a way to automatically receive information about proposed major projects undergoing Environmental Assessments in British Columbia.
This page has two areas, What's New and Current Projects. The What's New area provides general information about all our projects as well as non-project related information. The Current Projects area is a listing of feeds, and each feed contains information only about that project.
In general, to subscribe to one of the feeds, the first thing you need to do is install an RSS reader on your computer (although many browsers now support this as well). Then in the reader software, choose, add feed. When it asks for the feed address, come into our RSS Feeds page and click on the orange RSS button. Programming code called XML will be displayed which puts the address required by your RSS reader into your web browser's address bar. Copy and paste the complete address from your web browser into the text field of the RSS reader and continue to set up additional options as requested by your reader. When you click "finish" your reader should open with the feed available.
