	<title>Public Comment and Open House on Application</title>
	<description>The public is invited to obtain information about and comment on the application for an environmental assessment certificate for the proposed project. Open houses will be held in Kaslo, Meadow Creek, and Invermere, BC. A 45 day public comment period on the application will start on June 12, 2009 and end at midnight on July 27, 2009. All written comments received during this time period will be considered. </description>
