	<title>Public Comment and Open House on Application</title>
	<description> The public is invited to obtain information about and comment on the application for an environmental assessment certificate for the proposed project. Open houses will be held in Prince Rupert, Masset, and Queen Charlotte City, BC. A 45 day public comment period on the application will start on May 28, 2009 and end at midnight on July 12, 2009. All written comments received during this time period will be considered.
